About the Company

TWC Financial was founded in 1991 by Clarence O. Williamson, Jr. The company also owns TWC Rapid Tax Service which prepares over 1000 returns yearly for individuals and small businesses.

Along with employing preparers the company also employs three (3) accountants, one of which is a CPA and holds a Masters Degree in accounting, and the other two (2) are MBA's in accounting.

The company handles Tax Representation, Accounting and Tax Preparation/Tax Planning for individuals and small business along with Estate Planning and Financial Consulting.
